Hello, my name is Dr. Sarhad Najor. I am originally from Grand Blanc, MI but recently moved to Metro-Detroit. I've always had a vision that I was going to become a Pediatrician. However, during my clinical rotations as a medical student, I realized that not only do I love Pediatrics but I also love Internal Medicine. Because of the love of both fields, I completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, MI; where I served as chief resident. My passion includes all ages, whether it's seeing a newborn or a 100 year young person. I take pride in getting to know my patients at a personal level. When I’m not in the clinic or hospital, I love spending time with my wife and my son. I am also a huge sports fanatic, especially a Detroit Lions fan. I feel very fortunate to join the Downriver Medical Associates family and I’m excited to serve the Downriver community!
